Since the beginning of 2018, intensive preparations for supervisory visits to ČIA (Czech Institute for Accreditation) have been carried out at the workplaces of the laboratory complement in order to defend the status of accreditations already granted within the periodic external assessment or obtaining new accreditations.
We consider it a great success to obtain accreditation for NGS (next-generation sequencing) methods at the workplaces of the Institute of Biology and Medical Genetics and the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Diagnostic Laboratories of Inherited Metabolic Disorders).
