Special Payments Department
The Special Reimbursement Department is located in the main premises of the General University Hospital in Prague:

The department mainly provides:
- issuing invoices for treatment to foreign nationals,
- communication with domestic and foreign health insurance companies,
- issuing urgencies for unpaid invoices,
- collection of advances and payments for medical treatment of foreigners in cash and by credit card.
Employees of the Special Reimbursement Department are able to communicate with patients in English and Russian, and at the same time ensure the receipt of payments using all types of payment cards by the terminal located at the General Treasury of the General Teaching Hospital (Directorate building A5, 4th floor).
