Journal service
It ensures the collection of samples of biological material from clinics to VFN laboratories as well as to other medical facilities. It also provides transportation of patients within the General Hospital.
Department of Nutritional Therapists
The Department of Nutritional Therapists provides consultations at VFN clinics in the field of nutritional care. It deals with malnutrition patients, or those who are at risk of malnutrition or who require individual nutritional care. In the catering operation, they process all documents for the preparation and dispatch of food, including the creation of all meal plans. They regularly provide dietary advice.
Management of hostels and hostels
VFN provides employees who do not have a permanent residence in Prague with temporary accommodation in their own hostels.
Comprehensive medical laundry service
Medical linen at the General Hospital is rented from an external supplier. This supplier also provides laundry for rented laundry and laundry owned by VFN. Linen deliveries are provided through electronic orders. The laundry is delivered daily according to the needs of a specific workplace.
Health and social department
The goal of the staff of the health and social department of the General Hospital is to help patients and their families in eliminating or mitigating the social consequences of their illness. The purpose is to help hospitalized patients who are in an unfavorable social situation, and are not able to manage this situation on their own, or with the help of family or loved ones to achieve self-realization and maximum fulfillment of social integration.
