ÚIM clinical outpatient clinics provide comprehensive allergological and immunological care at the level of specialized outpatient clinics of the university hospital (prevention, diagnostics, dispensary care, therapy), including counseling services for VFN workplaces, according to available capacities within Prague and the whole Czech Republic.

In the workplace, patients with immunodeficiencies, clinically serious autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases, including bronchial asthma, are concentrated. It is possible to perform bronchodilation tests at the workplace.

It is possible within the outpatient operation of the IIM by prior arrangement and possible examination to perform vaccination of patients with immunopathological conditions, for which he also provides advice on trips abroad, including the issuance of a yellow vaccination card.

All complex activities are based on laboratory immunological and allergological examinations performed by laboratories, which form a separate unit within the ÚLBLD VFN.

The institute includes the National Reference Laboratory for Tissue Helminthiasis. The laboratory performs serological diagnostics, microscopic diagnostics of tissue preparations, microscopic examination of urine and stool, preparation of larval toxocarosis antigen.
